In this research sleep hygiene is defined as practices of a person do before going to bed that can improve one’s sleep time. The instrument that the researchers where going to use to measure the sleep hygiene of the student are the Sleep Hygiene Index, this assessment was developed to assess the practices of sleep hygiene behaviors.
