I would thus like to conclude saying that personal ethics are important not only in a professional or academic setting, but also in every individual’s personal life. My personal ethics will always influence my decisions and actions during my dilemma, and if I come across any more ethics that will help my personal and professional growth, I will not hesitate to adapt to them.
they all might have overcome obstacles or faced tough times to get where they are today. I don’t assign respect as per status. I have immense respect for my professors, for my peers, and for everyone else who is around me. Thus, I try my best to be polite to everyone I meet. I also deem fairness as one of the most important personal ethics one should posses. My work is fairness in nature, and I strive hard to deliver results that are not sporadic. I tend to react strongly to unfair criticism, which is strength and weakness at the same time. Fairness-related decision making is an important issue in the field of psychological decision making (Guth & Kocher, 2014). Employees are more motivated when they feel that organizational resources are allocated fairly, that organizational decisions are made in fair ways, and that their organizations treats them fairly.
