ASEAN or the Association of Southeast Asian Nations is group of countries from Southeast Asian that comprised by 10 countries, there are Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The ASEAN was officially established in 1967 to promote cultural, economic and political development in the region. The ASEAN vision 2020 has adopted by the SEAN leaders in the 30th Anniversary of ASEAN. The ASEAN’s vision are outward looking, and living in peace, stability and prosperity, bonded together in partnership in dynamic development and in a community of caring societies. One of priority vision throughout the ASEAN community is to support equity of ASEAN member countries, which are focus on three pillars, namely the (i) ASEAN Political-Security Community, (ii) ASEAN Economic Community and (iii) ASEAN Socio-Cultural community. These three pillars have its own Blueprint, and together with the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) Strategic Framework and IAI work plan Phase II (2009-2015), specifically, one of the key highlight in forming the ASEAN community is to build the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
